A few words about us
Carn-Brae Clinic has a long history in Ballarat, providing healthcare to our patients for over 60 years. The practice was previously situated in a restored older building, one block from Ballarat Health Services and St John of God Healthcare.
In July 2021, Carn-Brae Clinic relocated to our brand new purpose built modern medical facility in the Ballarat suburban growth area of Winter Valley, directly opposite Delacombe Town Centre. The new practice premises are shared with Dorevitch Pathology Collection Centre and Modern Medicine Allied Health.
What we strive for
Carn-Brae Clinic endeavours to provide the highest standard of care to each and every patient, combining old-fashioned friendly service with modern medical practice.
Each patient has their own doctor of choice ensuring that a close relationship with continuity of care is developed over time.
Home visits and visits to nursing homes are available and will be made whenever they are required.

This practice provides 24 Hour care for patients on a roster system shared with GPs from neighbouring practices. Please call 5332 1501 for instructions to contact the doctor on call
